When making your reservations, only call the hotel Monday through Friday 8am
to 5pm otherwise you will get through to national headquarters and will get
wrong information.
Daily Rates
If your mailed check has not been cleared by the time you check in, you
will be required to pay on-site. Your mailed check will be returned to you. Postmark cutoff for mailed checks is 01/21/08!
Friday:
♦ Kegs tapped at 4 pm and jello shots at hotel registration - Pub Crawl
(drink and food specials - some "free" kegs for you)
Saturday:
♦ Cunt-inental Breakfast, Costume Run w/Awards (COSTUME MANDATORY for Saturday’s hash)
Costume Awards: Best Individual Male & Female, Best Couple, Best Grope (>2 & up to 6 wankers)
Food - Parades - BEER included in festivities including night Parades!
Sunday:
♦ Mimosas - Poinsettias – Cunt-inental Breakfast - Your choice Hangover
(easy) Hash Run or Big Easy (not so easy) Run (beer during and immediately
following both runs) After Circle - Food/Drink On Your own
Monday / Tuesday:
♦ For those extending their stay through Lundi Gras and Mardi Gras,
meeting places TBA (including Sun & Mon night parades) - Pay As You Go.

Note: Military personnel who sign up and pay and cannot attend due to being deployed will get full reimbursement.
By registering for the package, you will enjoy BEER, food, festivities. You will also receive an original Mardi Gras hash T-shirt, hash collectibles, directory and name tag (only pre-registered will receive a name tag and will be included in the directory.) Name tags and wrist bands MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES during Mardi Gras hash festivities – or else we will not claim you as one of our own.

Discounted parking rate $7.00/day
CUT OFF DATE: Special room block will be returned to hotel 01/15/08. Cannot guarantee rate or room availability after 01/15/08. Discounted parking is $7 per day.
